Her experience is in underwriting plans, stop loss insurance, prescription drug carve out and clients with complex Collective Bargaining Agreements. Courtney has been managing the Account Management, HRIS and Benefit Advocate teams since joining EONE.

Tom’s experience drafting and interpreting federal regulations is highly valuable to our clients, especially as it comes to managing the intricacies of the Affordable Care Act.
Tom has over 25 years experience and is a proven financial leader with a reputation of optimizing bottom-line performance in conjunction with improving finance/accounting efficiency. He is responsible for all of EONE's financial functions including accounting, treasury, corporate finance, business support and tax functions.
Ryan has been in the health and welfare industry for over 15 years. His experience in the benefits industry paired with his subject matter expertise with HRIS systems has given him the perspective to inherently grasp the importance of each client’s initiatives and the ability to customize benefit technology systems.
